Beware of attorneys making promises! The rules of professional conduct do not allow attorneys to guarantee results. What we can promise is that we will give you our best efforts to achieve the best results possible in resolving your case. What makes us stand out from other criminal defense attorneys, is that when you hire us, you get us - guaranteed. We do not "dish off" our cases to other attorneys. We personally handle our clients' cases from start to finish.  In addition to personal appointments, our clients are able to call us directly on our cell phone numbers we give to all of our clients. We understand that our clients are involved in stressful situations that can have major implications on their life. During such times it is crucial that clients are able to talk to their attorney to discuss their case, whether to help build a defense or to receive much needed answers and information. Our goal is to develop a strong attorney client relationship through accessibility. Strong relationships produce positive results. We take pride in the fact that many of our clients have such confidence in our abilities that they have referred their own friends and family members to our office.

I received a full tuition scholarship and attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  After passing the bar in 1999, I worked at Haight, Brown, & Bonesteel, a large law firm in Los Angeles.  I discovered quickly that civil law practice was not for me.  As a result, I became a Public Defender for three years where I learned intricacies of the criminal justice system, as well as how brutal and unjust the system can be to people.  Due to wanting to give more time and attention to each case, I went out on my own and started my practice in 2004.  It is a privilege to help people, and I do everything I can to ensure my clients receive the best representation possible.
In 2004, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western S
State Unversity, College of Law and became licensed to practice.  I soon realized that Criminal law, and defending people's Constitutional rights appealed to me.  As a former San Bernardino Public Defender, I hav handled all types of misdemeanor and felony cases at all stages of the criminal process.  My knowldedge and expertise benefits my clients due to my extensive experience of the inner workings of the criminal system, and the professionals who work in the system in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. I know how a case needs to be investigated to present an effective defense.  I am skilled in handling multiple pending complex cases, and I am not intimidated by Judges or District Attorneys and the "threat" of going to trial. For me, there is no better feeling than knowing I have made a real and monumental difference in a client's life either by reducing, dismissing, or getting a not guilty verdict at trial.
